I think that eating fruits and vegatables when you are sick makes you feel better. Once, when I was really sick, I asked my mom what I could do to make me feel better. She took a long stare at me and then told me that if I really wanted to feel better, I would have to eat a lot of fruits and vegatables. After my mom told me that,I left her room and walked into the kitchen. I was looking for fruits and vegatables. I found a bunch of fruits and vegatables and ate them. My mom was right. I did feel better. That prooves that eating fruits and vegatables when you are sick makes you feel better.

Once,cwhen I was eating my breakfast, my mom was reading the newspaper. She turned to a page with a whole bunch of information about fruits. In one of the sections about vitimans, it said that fruits have a lot of vitiman A, vitiman B , vitiman C, and vitiman D. The good thing is that you don't even have to take tablets to get your vitimans if you eat fruits. That shows that fruits have a lot of vitimans in them.
Once, I ran a mile in 9 minutes. After that I felt really tired so I ate some fruits.After that, it became a habbit for me to eat a fruit everyday after I ran. After about a month, I was able to run a mile in 8 minutes. That shows that fruits make your bones strong.
